Switch from trading to self-production
Brocade declined, I gave up what had supported me for 4 years to establish Phu Quy Jade Factory. If the owner has the input, then he can own the quality and price.

Keep the factory as a fulcrum through failure
When I lost most of it, I kept exactly the things that still generated cash flow — not the things I regretted the most. The workshop is the fulcrum that helps me stand up.

Proactively close when the role is completed
The workshop had done its job: kept me afloat through the breakdown. I proactively stopped to focus all my efforts on business setup.
