Started a business from a brocade shop
I started with a small load. The first lesson comes right away: making it doesn't mean being able to sell it.
Learn the craft from the ground up: read customers, determine prices, rotate capital
No personnel, no system - I did it myself, carrying goods from the student market to the big fair, then stationed myself at Hanh Thong Tay market. This period taught me to understand the profession from the roots.

Know when to stop when the market goes down
Brocade goes down. I learned: clinging to something that is declining is not persistence — it is slow decision-making. I turned to producing t-shirts.
