WemeSports App — field booking & odds

WemeSports App was born from a real field in Di An, not from a drawing. When the field is crowded, the difficulty lies not in the ball, but in: who sets what time, what time is available, which team is short of players, which bet has not been matched. Before that, it was all in the head of the person on duty and a few dozen Zalo messages.

Where is the blockage?

• Customers call to ask if the field is still available tonight - the person on duty has to turn over the book, sometimes the answer is wrong, the two teams have the same time.
• If the team has enough money but is missing 3 people, the bet will be void. The yard is empty, the guests are not interested.
• If a team wants to find a match of the same rank, they post it in the group chat, it disappears, and no one closes it.
• The weekly fixed kick team still has to leave a message from the beginning of each week.

How does the app solve it?

The entire yard calendar is displayed grid: columns are yards, rows are time frames. Any box that is empty is blurred and can be clicked; any box that has people in it is locked and clearly marked. No need to ask anyone, just open it and see.

The second part is truss cable — something that pitch booking apps usually don't have. Once a team has set the field, they can open a bet to find a match. The other team sees it and clicks to nominate. Individuals can also be nominated to play together, so teams with fewer players can still compete instead of canceling.

The team that is used to playing football now sets it up fixed schedule, keep that spot every week. Anyone who turns on notifications will be notified when a match is needed.

Who can use it?

• Stadium owner: When there's no overlap in time, you can immediately see which frame is inactive so you can push the bet to fill it.
• Player: Set the pitch in two touches, no need to call, no need to wait for a reply.
• Team: There is a place to find matches of the same rank and gather enough people before the fight.

Current status

The App is running on its own domain name, anyone who opens it can see the schedule and how it operates. The open version runs in data demo mode so strangers can play freely without touching the real schedule of the course.

What can this tool do?

• Course schedule in grid format × hours — see which boxes are empty and which are locked
• Set the field in two touches, the suggested mark is 1:30, if the field is empty, you can play longer
• Odds bet: open the bet to find a match, the other team clicks to apply to match
• Candidates for joint play for single players - teams with fewer players can still play
